针对客户反馈的SAE6150工具钢表面花斑形貌问题,对其宏观形貌和成分进行了检测分析,发现产生花斑形貌的直接原因是由于原料盘条表面存在不平整的微凹坑,平面和凹坑面在光的反射作用下呈现明暗不同的视觉色差,从而形成肉眼可见的花斑形貌。微凹坑产生的原因是盘条在轧制过程中表面残留氧化铁皮轧制压入而造成的;另外,盘条拉拔前的鳞皂化处理致使大量皂化液进入凹坑凝固后形成塞积物,盘条拉拔后凹坑难以去除而形成黑白相间的花斑形貌。为此,提出了相应改进措施,从根本上解决了热轧盘条表面缺陷问题。  相似文献

Orienting light‐emitting molecules relative to the substrate is an effective method to enhance the optical outcoupling of organic light‐emitting devices. Platinum(II) phosphorescent complexes enable facile control of the molecular alignment due to their planar structures. Here, the orientation of Pt(II) complexes during the growth of emissive layers is controlled by two different methods: modifying the molecular structure and using structural templating. Molecules whose structures are modified by adjusting the diketonate ligand of the Pt complex, dibenzo‐(f,h)quinoxaline Pt dipivaloylmethane, (dbx)Pt(dpm), show an ≈20% increased fraction of horizontally aligned transition dipole moments compared to (dbx)Pt(dpm) doped into a 4,4′‐bis(N‐carbazolyl)‐1,1′‐biphenyl, CBP, host. Alternatively, a template composed of highly ordered 3,4,9,10‐perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride monolayers is predeposited to drive the alignment of a subsequently deposited emissive layer comprising (2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18‐octaethyl)‐21H,23H‐porphyrinplatinum(II) doped into triindolotriazine. This results in a 60% increase in horizontally aligned transition dipole moments compared to the film deposited in the absence of the template. The findings provide a systematic route for controlling molecular alignment during layer growth, and ultimately to increase the optical outcoupling in organic light‐emitting diodes.  相似文献

The specific absorption rate produced in a rat’s brain phantom inside of quadrature birdcage coil as a function of the rung number was studied at 300 MHz. Electromagnetic field simulations and specific absorption rate and loss return responses were performed using a rat’s brain phantom weighing 100 mg. To assure optimal simulations and to evaluate coil performance, S-parameters were simulated and compared with experimentally data. Simulations showed that magnetic field uniformity improves and that electric field is increased with the number of rungs. Specific absorption rate and temperature values obtained from axial bi-dimensional maps increase as the number of rungs grows. These results corroborated very well with published data. A quadrature 16-rung birdcage coil was developed for comparison and phantom images were acquired to show its feasibility. The presented approach yields information on specific absorption rate allowing to previously develop RF coils and their possible effects on the biological sample.  相似文献

为了实现介质表面放射性污染粉尘的快速去污,提出一种应用热熔压敏卷材清除表面污染粉尘的方法。通过对热熔压敏胶黏剂与卷材基布的筛选,设计和制备了一种热熔压敏去污卷材,分别采用过100目、20目标准筛的粉尘模拟核爆落下灰和放射性污染颗粒物,对热熔压敏去污卷材进行模拟去污试验。试验结果显示,所制备的热熔压敏卷材在140 ℃、施加25 kPa以上压强时,对不锈钢表面的模拟放射性污染粉尘和颗粒物的单次去污率均在80%以上,最高达到92.5%。验证了热熔压敏卷材对表面放射性污染粉尘的去污效果,可为工程应用提供参考。  相似文献

采用ANSYS有限元软件,计算了磁流变液单链在剪切过程中的力学特性,并以此为基准分别与基于简化偶极子模型和基于不简化偶极子模型的结果进行了比较。结果表明,简化偶极子模型在描述磁流变液力学特性方面具有较高的精度,但由其得到的剪切屈服应力略低于有限元计算结果。这对于改进偶极子模型以建立磁流变液性能更精确快捷的多层次描述方法,进而设计高性能磁流变液具有重要的意义。  相似文献

A resonant helical coil antenna-like structure has been explored for wireless excitation of piezoelectric devices. The basic idea behind this wireless excitation of piezoelectric device is electromagnetic resonance along with piezoelectric resonance. The analytical studies reveal that the maximum excitation occurs in the piezoelectric device when the operating frequency of the system coincides with its mechanical resonant frequency. It has been seen that the intensity of piezoelectric stimulation depends on the frequency of operation, air gap, relative position, electric load, and the generated electric field strength by the helical coil antenna-like structure. The analytical results are verified with the measured experimental results, and are found to be in well agreement. By adopting this proposed wireless excitation system the free actuation of the piezoelectric devices can be enabled as opposed to the confined motion for various potential applications.  相似文献

This article describes the noise measurement of a preamplifier with high input impedance designed for experiments with receive coils in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The noise of the preamplifier was determined in two ways. A circuital analysis of the preamplifier provided an equation for the preamplifier noise calculation and the noise voltage was measured with an NMR console and in accordance with known theory the measured analogue noise signal was modified to a discrete noise signal. An objective function with noise parameters of the preamplifier as variables was created. The noise parameters of the preamplifier were calculated with an optimization procedure and the results of the calculation and of the measurement compared. Qualitative and quantitative agreement was good. It was proved that the noise parameters of a preamplifier for NMR experiments can be measured with an NMR console and derived theory.  相似文献

Design of magnetic resonance micro‐coil arrays with low cross‐talk among the coils can be the main challenge to improve the effectiveness of magnetic resonance micro‐imaging because the electrical cross‐talk which is mainly due to the inductive coupling perturbs the sensitivity profile of the array and causes image artifacts. In this work, a capacitive decoupling network with N(M ? 1) + (N ? 1)(M ? 2) capacitors is proposed to reduce the inductive coupling in an N × M array. A 3 × 3 array of optimized micro‐coils is designed using the finite element simulations and all the needed elements for the array equivalent circuit are extracted in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed decoupling method by assessing the reduction of the coupled signals after employing the capacitive network on the circuit. The achieved results for the designed array show that the high cross‐talk level is reduced by the factor of 2.2–3.4 after employing the capacitive network. By employing this method of decoupling, the adjacent coils in each row and inner columns can be decoupled properly while the minimum decoupling belongs to the outer columns because of the lack of all necessary decoupling capacitances for these columns. The main advantages of the proposed decoupling method are its efficiency and design easiness which facilitates the design of dense arrays with the properly decoupled coils, especially the inner coils which are more coupled due to their neighbors. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
